Aerotron Composites
The manufacture and repair of components for the Aerospace and Defence markets
At Aerotron Composites, our focus is within the Aerospace and Defence markets, we already support several OEMs and major tier suppliers. We engineer, manufacture and repair composite and metallic components from our state-of-the-art facility based in Chatteris, Cambridgeshire. Our end-to-end offering means we are a one stop shop for all your composite needs, from bespoke tooling, single piece parts up to custom manufacturing of Helicopters, Drones and Aircraft.

You can have confidence that we meet quality standards. We are approved and operate to AS9100 Rev D and multiple Customer SQA requirements. Aerotron are approved and accredited by Nadcap for composites.
Currently engaged on the prestigious SC21 programme to improve our overall performance and we are already registered with JOSCAR to ensure new primes can rest assured that Aerotron Composites is the partner of choice.
As part of the Aerospace community we are members of the Midlands Aerospace Alliance and work closely in the local area supporting local sporting teams to ensure we are able to bring on the right talent into the business.

We have an extensive range of plant & equipment in our new facility, including multiple clean rooms and EMAs, autoclaves, ovens and CNC machines.
Who We Serve
Expansion of site and development
All four Major phases for Aerotron composites site have now completed construction. Each phase can be used in our production environment. With Nadcap approval and accreditation for Aerotron, the capabilities for Phase 2 will become operational as a composites machine shop and repair facility. Phase three is for Parts Storage and production line requirements as needed and Phase four is for Mold storage and preparation.
